Andrew Maxwell, come on down

In five seasons as head coach, Mark Dantonio basically has had just two starting quarterbacks: Brian Hoyer and Kirk Cousins.

With Cousins' career in the books, current redshirt sophomore Andrew Maxwell is expected to move into the starting role. Maxwell was a touted recruit who has gotten a lot of praise from those inside the MSU program, but he's a bit unknown to those outside it.
